Tips for Cleaning Your Teeth at Home

Although coming into our dental offices for regular dental hygiene appointments is important, one of the best ways to manage your oral health is through at-home care. Daily brushing and flossing ensures you are clearing away bacteria that can be harmful over time. Your dentist may also recommend other tools for cleaning your teeth and mouth, or could suggest certain toothpaste to help with sensitivity or other issues.

Dental Hygiene Appointments for Kids

It’s important for kids to learn how to care for their teeth and mouth from the start. We recommend bringing your children in as soon as they can hold a toothbrush so we can establish great oral health habits at home. We’ll show them (and you) the best ways to use at-home dental tools like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
